Laderach Swiss chocolatier is a decades-long family business specializing in luxury Swiss chocolate. All the chocolates are made exclusively in Switzerland and are hand crafted with perfection. Laderach is most famous for delicious large handcrafted slabs of Frischschoggi (fresh chocolate). All of ingredients are selected with care. Ingredients used in chocolates are not only fresh but the best. The fresh taste of Laderach chocolate is rooted in the rainforest and the Swiss Alps.

The Chocolates with declaration of INS 322 in Ingredients list, contain product Lecithin which is sourced from Soy.

We ensure that all dispatched products are packed and shipped at controlled temperature idle for chocolates.
Where can you deliver Laderach Chocolates?
Currently our deliveries are limited to certain geographies of Delhi/NCR and Mumbai region only. However, if you require delivery outside the specified locations then please contact us at laderach@dsgroup.com
When will I received my order?
We pride ourselves on getting you your Order(s) as quickly as possible. Orders received before 5 pm on any given day, during Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched by us next day from date of order. Orders received before 5 pm on any Saturday will normally be dispatched by us on next working day from date of order. Order(s) received by us after 5 pm on any given day, will be considered as an order received on the next day and the dispatch time period of order will be following working day.
Will I receive my order confirmation?
Once you place order on Laderach.in you will receive the SMS or call from our executive for order confirmation
Do you offer same day shipping?
Currently we are not offering same day shipping.
Are there any shipping charges?
Yes, INR 500 shipping charges applicable on all deliveries.
Can I change delivery address after placing order?
As our product is perishable in nature so we request you to please check the delivery address before placing the order. If in any case you want to change the delivery address, before dispatch, then please write to us at laderach@dsgroup.com or confirm it to the executive calling you for order confirmation. Please keep in mind once product is dispatched we won’t be able to change delivery address.
What if I am not available at delivery address for receiving order?
Delivery person calls before coming to your address, you can coordinate with them for next day delivery.
Return, Refund & Cancellation
How can I cancel my order?
Cancellations on orders will be considered if the request is made within 1 hour of placing an order. Please call us at 0120-4032223 (working days, Monday thru Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM) or write to us at laderach@dsgroup.com .
Can I modify my order?
Order once placed cannot be modified.
Do you offer refund?
We put a lot of effort into the making of our chocolate bars, pralines and truffles & hope that you experience it as much as we do. As we deal in perishable products we don’t offer return or exchange of any kind. Please review our full Policy for more details.

In case your money got debited but the order was not placed, you will get the refund from your bank side within 3-4 working days or else you may drop a mail at laderach@dsgroup.com.
