In case of pickup, order will be cancelled after 24 hours from the confirmed time slot, if not picked up, and refund of the order amount will be initiated for the customer.

In the event you opt for the pre-booking facility available at the Website, you may cancel the pre-booked order at any time before the same is confirmed from your end for delivery. Once confirmed, any cancellation post that will be permissible if made within the timelines and as per the procedure identified in above paragraphs

Return and Refund:

As we deal in perishable products we do not offer exchange of any kind.

However, if you have received a wrong item against your order or received a damaged product, you may register your complaint with us within 24 hours of receiving shipment, with proper videos and images of the product received by you on laderach@dsgroup.com or call us on 0120-4032223 (working days, Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM) for return of the product and claim for refund Any complaint received beyond 24 hours of the receipt of shipment by you shall not be eligible for any return, and /or refund as it shall be deemed that you have forfeited its right. If the value of wrong item is less than the value of your original order, you shall be eligible for the refund of the excess amount charged. If the value of wrong item is more than the value of your original order, we shall not charge the difference amount.

The complaint must include the following particulars:

Your name
Date of purchase
Order number
Items to be refunded
The reason for return

If your complaint is found to be genuine, you shall be eligible for a complete refund, which shall be processed by us within 10 days of the reverse pick-up of the product from the consumer. The product returned by the consumer should be in its original condition. All returns are to be made with complete original packaging box/carton/wrappers/pouch, without which the pick-up person shall not be obliged to accept the returns from you.

In case of pickup company is not liable for any damages to product after delivery to customer.

The acceptance of the return and refund request is subject to verification and checks by us on the complaint of the consumer. All refunds shall be reversed in the same manner (net banking, pay wallets) as they were received by us. Refunds shall take a minimum of 7 days to be reflected back into your account.
